Su cuerpo fue hallado tirado junto a la carretera federal y a un costado de su automóvil.

Juchitán de Zaragoza, Oax.- El cuerpo sin vida de un joven de tan solo 33 años de edad, fue hallado a un costado de la carretera federal Juchitán – La Ventosa, lugar donde las autoridades de los tres niveles de gobierno se dieron cita tras ser alertados a través del servicio de emergencias 911.
En la escena del crimen fue localizado solo el cuerpo sin vida del joven, Zaid Garnica de 33 años de edad quien tuviera su domicilio conocido en el fraccionamiento Magisterial de la ciudad de Juchitán.
Cabe señalar que en el interior de la unidad de motor quedaron manchas hemáticas cerca del asiento del conductor, por lo que el reporte preliminar de las autoridades presume que la víctima habría sido asesinado en otro lugar y posteriormente fue arrojado a un costado de la carretera federal.
Ante tales hechos, el personal de la fiscalía general de justicia del estado de Oaxaca, procedió a realizar las diligencias correspondientes para después llevar a cabo el levantamiento del cuerpo.
